Bill Engvall's Website

The following [simple_tooltip content=’Adobe Flash is a deprecated multimedia software platform used for the production of animations, rich Internet applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, mobile games and embedded web browser video players.’]Flash [/simple_tooltip] interface was created 21 years ago. Don’t judge 🙂
It’s was done with [simple_tooltip content=’ActionScript is an object-oriented programming language originally developed by Macromedia Inc. (later acquired by Adobe Systems). It is a derivation of HyperTalk, the scripting language for HyperCard.’] ActionScript[/simple_tooltip] and [simple_tooltip content=’Active Server Pages (ASP), later known as Classic ASP or ASP Classic, is Microsoft s first server-side script engine for dynamically generated web pages.
ASP.NET, first released in January 2002, has superseded ASP.’]ASP Classic[/simple_tooltip]. ASP was used to post entries for the guest book into a database and for the live chat back-end processing. Tours and Bio were imported text files that are not working on this demo due to technical difficulties. Chat and Guest book is disabled at this point.
The site was up for a couple of years -may be one, until Mr. Engvall got a contract with Warner Brothers and they took over the site and made it their own.

The Flash interface is no longer available for security reasons. See the Adobe Flash Player EOL (End of Life) General Information Page
